Terms and Return Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Auto Detail Supplies of Kern County ("ADS Kern County", "we", "us") in person at our store, through the 24/7 DI water station, or by using this website, you agree to the terms below.

2. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

• You must present the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.
• The item must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
• Returns must be brought in person to our store at 3528 Stine Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93309.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Cash refunds over 50 dollars may be issued by check. Please allow up to 10 business days for card refunds to appear on your statement.

3. Non Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Opened chemicals, coatings, sealants, dressings or fragrances.
• Used microfiber towels, pads, brushes or applicators.
• Clearance, closeout or "as is" items.
• DI water fills and station usage fees.
• Gift cards and special order items.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same 7 day and original receipt requirement. If the exchange item is a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded to the original payment method.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your receipt and photos of the issue. We will work with you and the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Product Information and Pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, availability and pricing accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel any order affected by an error. Brands, sizes and stock levels change; please call ahead to confirm.

7. DI Water Station

The 24/7 DI water station is provided on an as available basis. Users are responsible for their own containers, vehicles and safe handling of water. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the station or improper storage of water.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADS Kern County is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased or from use of the DI water station. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California.
